I might be late… can I still come? Will it be awkward?
Not at all—please still come!
You’re welcome to join us for dinner if timing allows, or skip straight to dancing and Casino Night. If you’re worried about seating, we’ve got you covered: reserved tables will be available for guests who arrive later and don’t want to search for a seat. Casino Night—what’s it all about?
Casino Night opens at 8:00 PM, following dinner and the live auction.
Each guest will receive a set amount of play money to start—no real money is used at the tables.
Want more “fun money” to keep playing? You can purchase additional play money, and all proceeds go directly to our fundraising efforts. It’s all for fun and for a great cause!
I can’t make it—can I still participate?
Yes! All bidding will be done online, so you can participate whether you’re attending or not.
That said, if you’re able to join us in person, we’d love to see you—it’s a great night to connect with other parents and support our school.
What are the Teacher Experiences and when will they take place?
Teacher Experiences are always a highlight of the Dinner Dance! These will all be available for parents to either bid on in the live auction, silent auction or try and win in a raffle. Here are the key dates and details of the experiences so you can prepare for which ones you would like to target. Be sure to share with your kids and get their feedback!

• Predator vs. Prey – Grades 4–5
📅 March 12
• Students vs. Staff Floor Hockey
One student winner brings 10 players from their grade.
Winner’s parent will coach the student team.
📅 March 19 | 2:30–4:30 PM
• 1st Grade Big Hero 6 Movie Party
One winner per class may bring one friend.
📅 March 20 | 4:00–5:30 PM
• Kindergarten Camp Out
12 winning bidders.
📅 Monday, March 23
• 4th Grade Scavenger Hunt
One winner per class may bring one friend.
📅 March 25 | 2:30–4:00 PM
• 2nd Grade Pizza, Games & Refreshments
Three winners total; each may bring two friends.
5th Grade Experience
• Kickball Championship
One winner per class selects a team of up to 10 students.

• 3rd Grade Pizza & Movie Party (Thursday after school in May)

Additional Experiences Available to Bid On:
• Principal for a Day
• Head Custodian for a Day
• Art, Music, Library, PE, or Band/Orchestra Teacher for a Day
• Tuk Tuk Lunch Ride with Dr. Nowicki & Mrs. Ripple

We’ll be showcasing several incredible vacation experiences, available through silent auction, live auction, and one Golden Ticket raffle trip.
